Sports event under civic action programme (CAP) organised by Police Station Wanpoh | KNO

Srinagar, March 20 (KNO) : Police Station Wanpoh Kulgam organised a sports event under Civic Action Programme (CAP) in the campus of Shemford School Wanpoh. The Function was formally inaugurated by the Principal Shemford School, DySP DAR Kulgam, DySP PC Mirbazar and SHO PS Qaimoh. Youth from various villages participated in various sports activities viz volleyball, badminton, table tennis, chess & carom on knock-out basis. On the occasion all the participants were welcomed by the officers and were assured to provide every type of assistance. The event was organised to inculcate spirit of sportsmanship & competition among the participants. Such events under CAP will continue by the District Police Kulgam. School administration and youth of the area appreciated this initiative of Kulgam police.(KNO)
